RETURN POLICY

At Chronic, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size selection. A size chart is provided on every product page, and customers are responsible for choosing the correct size.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required. The video must show the package unopened and the full opening process. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

     • Wrong size or change of mind

     • Orders without an unboxing video

     • Used or washed items
